We offer complimentary standard delivery on orders over GH₵5,000 across Ghana, with express options available at checkout. Delivery times and charges are confirmed before you place your order.

We take orders around the clock. Any order placed after 19:00 is dispatched the next morning at 08:00.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order using our complimentary returns service. Items should be returned unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Some product exclusions apply.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also view the status of your order at any time from your Decadent account.
